CSR Procurement Policy

NIHON KESSHO KOGAKU has established this procurement policy for materials and services related to our business activities in accordance with our Management Philosophy, “We seek the happiness of all our employees and contribute to people’s prosperity and peace with the valuable products”. We will fulfill our responsibility to society by steadily implementing this policy.

Social Responsibility

Under the motto of “Gratitude, Responsibility, Growth and Evolution,” we will always act in a dignified and responsible manner, maintain good communication with all stakeholders, and proactively engage in social contribution activities. We will respect the culture and customs of the countries and regions in which we operate and will strive to develop and contribute to society.

We will conduct procurement activities based on common sense and in compliance with national and international laws and regulations, social norms, and business ethics.

We are committed to procurement based on free, fair and equitable competition.
We will maintain sound and transparent relationships with political and administrative authorities and business partners and will not engage in improper activities.

Respect for Human Rights and Elimination of Anti-Social Deeds

We prohibit discrimination of any kind. This includes discrimination based on gender, nationality, race, creed, age, or disability.
We will not be directly or indirectly involved in inhumane acts such as child labor, forced labor, abuse, and human trafficking.
We will prevent harassment that offends individual dignity (sexual harassment, harassment related to pregnancy, childbirth, childcare leave, power harassment, etc.).
We will ensure that we do not have any relationship with antisocial forces or groups.

Information Security

We will appropriately manage and protect customer and supplier information, our confidential information, and personal information obtained during our business activities, and prevent inappropriate disclosure, leakage, and improper use.
